Free Online Reservation Service in the most Charming Hotels in Spain

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is your service really free? How can I make a reservation?

Our service is entirely free. Select your hotel and click on the icon BOOK. Make your request by filling up the reservation form. Our agents will answer you by sending your reservation confirmation via e-mail.

We will request a valid credit card in order to confirm your reservation and guarantee your booking. Nothing is charged on your credit card, except if the hotel needs a deposit (in this case, it is written on the hotel's web page). The hotel needs the information in order to hold the room. Your card is not charged. All charges are settled directly with the hotel upon checking out.

How long does it take to get a confirmation for my reservation?

Requests are answered at the moment.

If you need the help of one of our booking agents you may call us +34 911 877 622. You can also fax us +34 902 947 242

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy is generally 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. Some hotels have a different cancellation policy, 72 hours or 1 week prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellation policy is specified on your confirmation. Please note that in case of late cancellation or No Show, one night will be charged on your credit card.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call directly to the hotel.

What about credit card security? Is it safe to send it over the net via your reservation form?

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including your credit card number, name and address, so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.

What time can I check-in?

Check-in is generally from 12 noon onwards. For early check-in you will have to ask the hotel receptionist upon arrival. If you arrive early in the morning and your room is not ready you can leave your luggage at the reception area of the hotel and return in the afternoon.

Room types: what are single, double, twin, triple and quadruple rooms?

A single room has one single bed and thus accommodate one person.

A double has one large bed (usually a queen size), big enough for two or for one person who likes a lot of room.

A twin room includes two single beds.

Triple and quadruple rooms accommodate three and four people respectively. A triple is composed of either a large bed and one single or three single beds while quadruple rooms can have either two large beds or one large bed with two single beds. If your child needs his/her own bed, you will be charged for an extra bed (prices vary depending on the hotel). All rooms have private bathroom.

Are the prices per person or for the room? What's included in the prices quoted?

All rates quoted are for the room and per night. Breakfast is extra and optional unless otherwise specified. Use of phone or minibar drinks are also extra. The V.A.T. (7%) or I.G.I.C (5%. Only in the Canary Islands) is not included in the price. Rates can change depending on the Season (High, Medium or Low). Rates are quoted in Euros.

Hotel category: how are the hotels rated?

The classification of hotels depends on the comfort and services offered according to norms set by the Spanish Board of Tourism.
***** (5-star) -- very high standard, luxury hotel.
**** (4-star) -- high standard, comfortable hotel.
*** (3-star) -- very comfortable hotel.
** (2-star) -- comfortable hotel.

We are travelling with our children.

There is usually no extra charge for children who are less than three years of age (infants) and they can be accommodated in the same room as their parents. If your child needs his/her own bed, you will be charged for an extra bed (prices vary depending on the hotel). In some seasons, hotels will provide an extra bed free of charge.

We are travelling with pets.

Few hotels accept pets, please ask for the hotel.

Are non-smoking rooms available?

Non-smoking rooms are not very common in Spanish hotels but we can always check for you. More and more hotels are now setting aside rooms for non-smokers. When a hotel has non-smoking rooms, we mention it on the hotel's web page.

What about parking?

Parking in Madrid, Barcelona o Granada can be a difficult job. However, there are many underground parking lots that are private, sheltered and guarded and it shouldn't be too hard to find one near your hotel. Some hotels have their own parking or garage.
