We expected a lot more quality here. In fact, the "design" is all very cheaply done. It looks ok, but don't look too close! Out curtains were torn and the third bed in the room was actually a bunk bed, which is not suitable for an adult. You have to be very careful not to hit your head and knees when getting in/out of bed (which I did, unfortunately), even if the upper bed is folded away. The staff is "cool", to say the least. Asked for some advice on flamenco, we were given a leaflet of a tourist-trap flamenco tablao. This is all the more annoying since both us (group of 3 girls aged 38-40) and the girl from reception were the same age and we speak Spanish. Luckily, we managed to get tickets for the "Biennal" instead and were not dependent on the hotel's advice.

The hotel was very comfortable and in a good position for exploring the centre of Seville.
: The hotel was everything we expected, whilst "checking in" was handled very well thanks to the information that was supplied to both us and the Hotel by yourselfs

en ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner bien, mais le buffet de service n'est pas pratique, manque d'espace pour se servir,trop petit et la porte de service à la cuisine mal placée! trop aixigue.

Good central location. Pleasant, contemporary interior design with readily accessible IT facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. It was a pity the hotel bar always seemed closed.

1)Disappointed that there was no bar 2)Buffet breakfast area too small for numbers in hotel 3)Rooms: contempory fit out at expense of convenience e.g. no drawers, inadequate storage 4)Bathroom had very bad drainage smells (reported twice to staff)

la situation dans Seville est parfaite. le design alliant la modernité a l'architecture andalouse est très reussi.Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi cet hotel
